About La Vie
We’re a nonprofit center, dedicated to helping the whole person: body, mind, spirit, and relationships. We were founded on the principle that everyone should have access to high-quality, professional counseling, regardless of ability to pay. That’s why we keep our rates reasonable. Many of our therapists take insurance, and most operate on a flexible fee basis.
We welcome all clients of all backgrounds and beliefs. We’re especially qualified to work with clients from a Christian background who want to integrate their spiritual and emotional issues.
We’re also devoted to training the next generation of psychotherapists and counselors, offering training and education to counselor trainees. We bring together the best principles and practices from the psychological services to serve our clients and our trainees.
With 40 years of experience, La Vie Counseling Center is firmly grounded in our community. Each year, we provide more than 25,000 hours of therapy, both in person in our Pasadena offices and via telehealth appointments, so you don’t even have to leave home. When you find yourself overwhelmed emotionally, reach out to us. We’re here to help.
