Life is wild. It’s acutely painful, strangely delightful, tremendously fulfilling—and it just. doesn’t. stop. changing. I see therapy as a powerful source of support for each season.

My personal style is kind, candid, and empathetic. I take a psychodynamic and attachment-based approach (long-term, highly relational), but relish pragmatic problem-solving as needed. I alternately support and challenge my clients, integrating the enneagram or other personality frameworks when useful.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I enjoyed a rewarding career in the creative field—I love all things creative.
