I work with those experiencing anxiety, grief, and self-doubt as they navigate transition in relationships, careers, aging, and spirituality. Together, we face these challenges to gain greater insight and self-awareness, explore relationship patterns, and understand how unconscious processes and past experiences continue to impact our present lives. In therapy, we bring a sense of liberation to your emotions, experiences, and identity, and grow toward a sense of confidence to make the changes you desire. My style is explorative, collaborative, and affirming.
I have training in attachment-oriented psychodynamic, family systems, and emotions-focused therapies focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relational distress. My therapeutic experience includes working with clients in a variety of environments, including private practice, community health, and intensive outpatient treatment. I am an east coast transplant and obtained my master’s degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and my bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University. I am an Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
However you may have arrived here, I hope you find this as your invitation to enter a process of healing, renewed hope, and self-becoming.
