Sometimes we experience seasons where the dance of life leaves us feeling depleted and wishing for more. We may find ourselves struggling to adapt to a new challenge or frustrated with ourselves because we can’t stop ourselves from falling into the same unhealthy patterns we’ve been struggling with for years. As someone who has worked to let go of the expectations of others and lean into my own truth, I can relate to those who may be challenged by that balance, as well.
As a therapist, I believe the potential for healing and change lives within each of us and I would be honored to walk beside you on your journey.
Prior to entering the field of psychology, I served for 5-years in the U.S. Navy followed by a career in the nonprofit sector. I am interested in working with individuals, couples, and families that struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, & PTSD, relationship & family issues, veteran’s & military families, adjustment transitions, grief and loss.
I completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Azusa Pacific University and am
